We guarantee to be forever ad-free and to respect your privacy. We currently support iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS platforms, and will consider supporting more platforms in the future as appropriate. We will continue to provide an even more delightful user experience.
However, we also understand that for an app to operate sustainably for a long time, it also needs a healthy development model. If you are willing to support us, you can subscribe to our membership to enjoy richer features. Thank you very much for your support!
Purchase Notes
- Purchases are non-refundable. Please think carefully before purchasing. Our free features can already meet daily needs.
- After membership is activated, all membership features can be used without limit during the membership period.
- Membership features are only provided during the membership period and automatically expire after expiration.
- The same account only needs to be purchased once and works across all platforms (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS).

App Store Purchase Refund Instructions
Apple App Store has a special payment process, and the refund mechanism is unrelated to the developer. If you need a refund, please contact Apple official customer service.
After iOS purchase, membership was not credited. What should I do?
Apple Pay may have a certain delay, so it is possible that after purchase, membership was not immediately activated. If this happens, please re-enter Thyroid Tracker's [Personal Center] - [Subscription Membership] page, tap the [Restore Purchase] button, and the payment order will be re-verified to activate membership.
About Pricing
Thyroid Tracker is almost a completely free app. Our charges are because: Cloud sync backup itself requires us to continuously incur additional costs.
However, whether or not you pay to support us, we will always:

- Activation Code - A special activation method, directly activate membership by entering the activation code in the Thyroid Tracker membership interface
About Activation Codes
- An activation code is a special activation method. In the Thyroid Tracker membership interface, enter the activation code to become a member
- An activation code can only be used once and will become invalid after activation
- Users who are already members cannot use activation codes
- Activation codes can only be obtained through official promotional activities (e.g., internal testing rewards, lottery, etc.)
