FAQ

Q: How do I know if my values are normal?

A: The system automatically judges based on built-in reference ranges. Reference ranges may vary slightly between different hospitals. It is recommended to use the reference range provided by your doctor as the standard. You can modify the reference range in "Manage Items".

Q: Why do some items have no reference range?

A: The reference ranges for some items vary depending on testing methods, reagents, and laboratories, and there is no uniform normal value. It is recommended to consult your doctor.

Q: Can I record data for family members?

A: Currently, one account can only record data for one person. If you need to manage data for multiple people, it is recommended to create separate accounts for each family member.

Q: Will deleting records affect the statistical charts?

A: Yes. After deleting records, the charts will automatically update and will no longer include the deleted data.

Q: Will data be lost?

A: With sync enabled, data is automatically backed up to the cloud. Even if you change devices, you can recover data by logging into the same account.
