Quick Start
This guide will help you get started with Thyroid Tracker and begin managing your health data in just a few minutes.
Installing the App
Thyroid Tracker supports multiple platforms. You can choose the appropriate version based on your device:
Apple Devices
- Open App Store on your iPhone or iPod
- Search for "Thyroid Tracker"
- Tap "Get" to download and install
Huawei HarmonyOS Devices
- Open "Huawei App Gallery"
- Search for "Thyroid Tracker"
- Tap "Install" to download the app
Android Devices
Thyroid Tracker supports the following Android app stores:
First Launch
1. Welcome Page
When you first open the app, you will see a welcome page introducing the main features of Thyroid Tracker. Swipe through the introduction and tap "Get Started".
2. Privacy Agreement
Thyroid Tracker takes your privacy seriously. Please read the privacy agreement carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Tap "Agree" to continue using the app
- Tap "Refuse" to exit the app (agreement is required to use the app)
3. Create an Account (Optional)
If you want to sync data across devices, you can create an account:
Phone Number Registration
- Tap "Register"
- Enter your phone number
- Get and enter the verification code
- Set a login password (at least 6 characters)
- Tap "Complete Registration"
Third-Party Login
We also support the following third-party login methods:
- WeChat Login
- Apple ID Login (iOS devices)
Skip Registration
If you just want to try the app first, tap "Register Later" to enter the app directly. Note: Users without a registered account can only save data locally and cannot sync across devices.
Main Interface Introduction
After entering the app, you will see the main interface with the following main modules:

Displays an overview of your health data:
- Most recent examination indicator results
- Today's medication reminders
- Upcoming follow-up reminders
- Quick action entries
📝 Records Page
Record and manage various health data:
- Examination indicator records
- Medical records
- Medication records
📈 Charts Page
View and analyze health data trends:
- Indicator change graphs
- Multi-indicator comparison
- Data statistics
⚙️ More Page
Personalized settings and other features:
- Medication management
- Reminder settings
- Account management
- Data sync
Recording Your First Data
Let's start recording your first health data.
Recording Examination Indicators

Open the Records Page
- Tap the "Records" tab on the bottom navigation bar
- Select "Examination Indicators"

Create a New Record
- Tap the "+" button in the upper right corner
- Select the examination date (default is today)

Select Examination Items Common thyroid examination items include:
- TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone): Normal range 0.27-4.2 μIU/mL
- FT3 (Free Triiodothyronine): Normal range 3.1-6.8 pmol/L
- FT4 (Free Thyroxine): Normal range 12-22 pmol/L
- T3 (Total Triiodothyronine)
- T4 (Total Thyroxine)
- TPOAb (Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody)
- TGAb (Thyroglobulin Antibody)

Enter Values
- For each selected item, enter the examination result
- The app will automatically mark whether the value is within the normal range

Save the Record
- Tap "Save" to complete the record
- This record will appear in the examination indicator list
Adding Medication Information

Add Medication
- Go to the "More" page
- Tap "Medication Management"
- Tap "+" to add new medication

Fill in Medication Information
- Medication name: e.g., "Levothyroxine"
- Specification: e.g., "50μg"
- Dosage frequency: Select daily dosage times
- Dosage per time: Enter the number of tablets for each dose

Set Medication Reminders
- Turn on the "Medication Reminder" switch
- Set the time for each medication
- Select repeat dates (every day or specific dates)

Save Medication
- Tap "Save" to complete the addition
- The app will remind you to take your medication at the set time
Viewing Data Analysis
After recording multiple data points, you can view data analysis:

Go to the Charts Page
- Tap the "Charts" tab on the bottom navigation bar

Select Indicator
- Tap the indicator selector at the top
- Select the indicator you want to view (e.g., TSH)

View Trend Chart
- The chart shows the change trend of that indicator over time
- Horizontal axis is time, vertical axis is the value
- Normal ranges are marked with green background

Switch Time Range
- Tap the time range selector
- Options: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, All
Setting Follow-up Reminders
Set follow-up reminders to ensure you don't miss important examinations:

Go to Reminder Settings
- Go to the "More" page
- Tap "Reminder Management"
- Select "Follow-up Reminder"

Create a New Follow-up Reminder
- Tap the "+" button
- Enter the follow-up name (e.g., "Thyroid Function Test")

Set Reminder Information
- Follow-up Date: Select the scheduled examination date
- Reminder Time: Set the number of days in advance (e.g., 3 days early)
- Reminder Time: Set the specific time for daily reminders
- Notes: Optional, add notes (e.g., hospital, doctor, etc.)

Save Reminder
- Tap "Save" to complete the setup
- The app will send a notification to remind you at the specified time
Data Backup and Sync
To prevent data loss, it is recommended to enable data sync:
Enable Auto Sync
- Go to the "More" page
- Tap "Account & Sync"
- Log in to your account (if not already logged in)
- Turn on the "Auto Sync" switch
- The app will automatically back up data to the cloud when connected to the internet
Manual Sync
- Pull down to refresh any page
- Or go to the "Account & Sync" page
- Tap "Sync Now" button
Export Data
You can export data in PDF or Excel format:
- Go to the "Records" page
- Tap the menu button in the upper right corner
- Select "Export Data"
- Choose export format and date range
- Tap "Export" to generate the file
